CTNx Redesign and brand

Overview |

The Clinical Trials Network (CTNx) needed a major website update. CTNx helps private practice physicians get involved in research and connect with pharmaceutical companies to bring clinical trials to their sites. The goal was to improve the overall user experience and design while streamlining the process for physicians and drug sponsors to start or expand their research programs.

The original website had outdated content and poor navigation, making it difficult for users to find the information they needed. The redesign focused on creating a modern, intuitive, and visually engaging website that improves accessibility, usability, and overall user engagement.

Transform the existing website into a modern platform that generates leads to attract physicians interested in research and capture the attention of pharmaceutical companies.

The website was outdated and had a sensory overload accordion banner.  The sections felt bare and didnt highlight all of CTNx's abilites and specilaty areas fro clinical trials.

The website lacked essential features, including clear calls-to-actions . CTNx has grown, all while the site became outdated and was missing dedicated pages for researchers and specilaty area which grew from 8 -12.

CTNx wanted to build credibility through their website, social platfroms like Linkedin and by creating blog content generated internally to get users on the website and wanting more.

Summary |

The website now better communicates the company's value proposition . Engagement has increased significantly and has a become a platform that helps generate leads weekly.

The redesign makes it easier for clinical researchers  (new or experience) and sponsors validate the credibility and get in contact with the right person.

Additionally, the site clearly shows off all of the specialty areas and updated navigation system which makes it easier to get to each page. There even is a blog spot page where CTNx features the content  their team created such a interviews and company milestones.
